Getting Started

Here are some simple instructions for granting 214 Interactive access to your social profiles so that we can PROMOTE, ENGAGE and RESPOND on behalf of your business. If you need help, support@214interactive.com is an email away.

Facebook

In order for us to post content or manages advertising for your Facebook page, you will need to make us an admin.

  1. While signed in to Facebook from an account of an existing page admin, go to the Facebook page for your business. At the top of the page click "Settings", then "Page Roles" on the left side of the page.
  2. You will see all of the people with admin access to your page and an area to add a new person.
  3. In the box, type fb@214interactive.com to grant us access and select "Admin" as the role type and click "Save".
  4. You may be prompted to confirm your Facebook password.

Twitter

Twitter is easy. We just need your username and password. But, we'll spell out some instructions just in case!

  1. Send an email to support@214interactive.com with your Twitter username and password.
  2. We'll take it from there!

Google+

For Google+, we just need the username and password associated with your Google My Business Account.

LinkedIn

In order for us to post to LinkedIn on behalf of your business, you will need to make us a manager of your LinkedIn company page.

  1. Connect with one of us (or all of us!) on LinkedIn. You can find our profiles on our company page here: http://www.linkedin.com/company/214-interactive
  2. Go to your company's page and under the "Edit" menu, select "Edit page".
  3. In the "Designated Admins" section, start typing one of our names and select the person as an admin.
  4. Click "Publish" at the top of the page to save the change.
